L'attore-comico Leslie Jordan e l'attore  e produttore Tracee Ellis Ross hanno annunciato oggi  le nomination ai le 94esimo Oscar. Da notale la folta presenza italiana.

Per il miglior film, sono in lizza  Belfast, CODA, Don't Look Up, Drive My Car, Dune, King Richard, Licorice Pizza, Nightmare Alley, The Power of the Dog e West Side Story.

Per la miglior regia sono candidati Kenneth Branagh per Belfast, Ryusuke Hamaguchi per Drive My Car,   Paul Thomas Anderson per Licorice Pizza,   Jane Campion per The Power of the Dog, Steven Spielberg per West Side Story.
