Lady of the Manor è il film comedy in uscita. La trama segue un malfattore senza meta che diventa una guida turistica in una tenuta storica: finisce per fare amicizia con il fantasma che risiede del maniero. Nel cast c'è Ryan Phillippe, visto di recente nella serie tv Big Sky.

Le riprese del film sono avvenute a gennaio 2020 a Tampa, in Florida, per poi spostarsi a San Pietroburgo. Il film esce negli Stati Uniti il 17 settembre 2021, distribuito da Lionsgate.
